Hi my name is Jesse Phinizy, owner and operator of Top Notch Home Inspections, LLC. I have now been in business inspecting homes since 2005. I have inspected over 1500 houses in Tucson and the surrounding areas, including Marana, Oro Valley, San Manuel, Red Rock, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. I was bred and fed in Tucson, and have served the community in many ways through the years.
I have a vast knowledge and experience with residential construction, including the intricacies of structural, foundations, exterior, roofing, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc. My residential home knowledge has been expanded by my involvement in new builds, repairs and renovations of several homes.
I pride myself on being very honest and straightforward with buyers so that they can be involved in every step of the home-buying process. When inspecting a home I am more than happy to go over the overall condition of the property, and explain it in ways that the buyer can understand.
I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy taking trips to Alpine to hunt elk, deer and birds. Fishing in various Arizona lakes is another passion.
